The HGUM is a heavy-duty face-mount hanger designed for hanging glulam and solid sawn timber beams onto concrete or masonry. This hanger installs into the wood member with Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws and into the masonry with Titen HD anchors. The HGUM is available in skews up to 45° or with one flange concealed for end-of-wall or corner installation.
Installation:
- Use all specified fasteners (included).
- Some products available in stainless steel, please inquire when contacting us.
- Attach hanger to a concrete or grout-filled CMU wall using Titen HD anchors. Note the following:
— Drill holes using drill bits equal in diameter to the specified Titen HD anchor.
— Holes shall be drilled 1/2″ deeper than the specified Titen HD length (e.g., 5 1/2″ for a 5″-long Titen HD anchor).
— Caution: Oversized holes in the base material will reduce or eliminate the mechanical interlock of the threads with the base material and will reduce the anchor’s load capacity. - The carbon-steel Titen HD is not recommended for exposed exterior applications.
NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
