The patent-pending Simpson DGHT™ is a load-tested fire wall hanger with a two-hour fire rating and ideal for multifamily, multilevel Type III residential construction. The first of its kind, DGHT fire wall hanger designed to install with a power nailer which helps keep construction projects on schedule by saving time before hanging drywall. This top-flange hanger provides space for two layers of 5/8″ gypsum board (drywall) to be slipped into place after the framing is complete. The DGHT is fire rated for use on both sides of the wall and has been tested according to ASTM E814. This heavier gauge hanger is available in standard, skewed or concealed options.

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
