The CCCQM Cross Column Cap for GFCMU and Concrete Piers embedded column cap is designed for use in raised pier foundations and applications where heavy beams rest on concrete or concrete block columns. The heavy-gauge beam seat and unique Simpson Strong-Tie® SSTB® anchor bolts provide the high uplift and lateral resistance needed to help resist high-wind events. The CCCQM5.50X-SDS is for use along a floor support beam with a stirrup on each side of the main channel to accommodate intermediate support beams at 90° angles.
- Install 1/4″ x 2 1/2″ Strong-Drive® SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws (provided) in all round holes. (Lag screws will not achieve the same load.)
- Screws are configured to provide high uplift design values
- Certified welds for confidence in strength and loading
- SSTB offset allows flush installation to edge of pier
- SSTBs spaced to fit standard CMU cells

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
