The Simpson CBSQ86-SDS2HDG Column Base, Quick-Install – Hot Dip Galvanized enhances the strength and stability of your construction projects. Crafted from durable heavy-gauge steel, this column base is designed to connect columns or posts to concrete foundations and distribute the structure’s stresses to the foundation.
These connectors are cast-in-place or wet-set in concrete and feautre a 1″ standoff to meet code requirements for structural posts installed in basements or outdoors.
This product is intended for use with 6×8 posts or columns but is also available in a wide range of other sizes and both nominal and rough-cut lumber.

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
