The MASOZ mudsill anchor is an excellent choice for factory-built, sheathed wall panels. It offers similar advantages to our popular MASA™ connector but eliminates the need for additional field-installed blocking for sheathed walls. Once the MASOZ is installed and the concrete has cured, sheathed wall panels can be craned into place without the hassle of aligning sill plate bolt holes with cast-in-place anchor bolts. Additionally, the MASOZ reduces labor costs compared to post-installed anchors by eliminating the need for a separate crew to drill and set anchors. The MASOZ comes standard with our ZMAX® coating, works with standard form boards, and is code-listed by ICC-ES under the 2021 IBC and IRC.

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
