Notice – This connector is designed for Rough Cut lumber NOT nominal lumber (most common). This will only fit a post that measures an actual 10×10″. If you have a nominal post measuring 9-1/2×9-1/2″ you will need an APVB1010 Ornamental Post base
Simpson Strong-Tie Outdoor Accents post bases secure the post or column to concrete and are perfect for outdoor projects, such as pergolas, patio covers and other top-supported structures. These post bases are Zmax finished first and then black powder coated for long lasting outdoor use. The Avant collection features chamfered corners and straight edges for a very clean look when installed. This is a rough cut version of the post base which is designed for a “True 10×10” or sometimes called “old lumber” which means the post actually measures 10″ x 10″. The post base includes a 1″ standoff from the concrete to help avoid post-end rot from moisture. These bases are installed with the Outdoor Accents structural screws, hex head washers and concrete anchors , not included.

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
