This deck screw features a flat head with nibs under the head that help prevent spin out. The flat head also allows the screw to self countersink into the wood. The Type 17 point eliminates predrilling and provides smooth installation into hard woods. Additionally, the 305 stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance for exterior applications.
