The Simpson Strong-Tie Titen Turbo screw anchor is a heavy-duty fastener that features an innovative torque reduction channel to trap drilling dust where it can’t obstruct thread action. This feature significantly reduces binding, stripping, and snapping without compromising strength. It has smooth driving with less torque and superior holding power due to the patented reverse thread design. The Titen Turbo screw cuts into concrete or masonry for quick, easy installation in wood-to-concrete and wood-to-wood anchoring applications. This heavy-duty fastener is code listed in accordance with ICC-ES AC193 for uncracked concrete and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry applications.

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
